Help Issues ever since I unrooted my phone.

Hello all, I have a question regarding my AT&T Samsung Galaxy s3. I rooted it a bit back and flashed maybe a total of 4 custom roms and 1 kernel. Ever since the kernel I flashed (the kt747), I've been having terrible battery life. So I decided to just go back to full stock firmware so I flashed it back to the way it was out of the box. But ever since I've been having issues with it that I never had before.

First off, the battery is pretty screwed up. Now the battery seems to die faster when it's on idle than when the screens actually on. I should also mention that things got worse as time progressed, and that I used the Triangle Away app while I was rooted right before I flashed the original firmware back on the device. Also, it seems like whenever I unplug my phone at any percent under 100, the battery percent still goes up for usually another 10 percent. While others may like that, I for one surely don't as it makes me think the software is screwed up. I've even had AT&T flash the stock firmware on the phone and had my battery replaced twice, yet it still suffers from the same issues.

Oh, and another thing, the eye detecting icon in the notification bar that pops up for smart stay, seems to come on and stay frozen there usually for about 20 minutes. I thought I should mention that.

So what's wrong with my device? Was it from all the customizing I did that screwed it up? Is it a hardware problem so it needs to be replaced? Other than the issues I provided, the device is perfect. Any information is greatly appreciated :D

Maybe try recalibrating the battery monitor. I think theres some apps that do it without root  search "battery calibration" or something on play store

Would it be okay if I use the phone as I usually do? Or do I have to let it just die by itself? Because that may take a while xD

For the calibration? I just use the phone till it dies lol.. once that log is cleared, the phone will start "learning" the behaviour of the battery with that kernel/rom and estimate the percentage more accurately so when it shuts down when the battery hits 1%, it will do it when the battery really is at 1% and not just estimate that from the old kernel/rom/battery behaviour... i think(?) Lol
