OK, my unrooted Rezound has really been letting me down lately. First off it gets HOT! Around 125-130 degrees sometimes. It happens mostly when streaming or playing a game. I've called Verizon, they sent me a replacement battery, still no change. Second, my 3g connection always freezes up! There is no 4g coverage in my area, so I rely on the 3g. I'm always putting it in airplane mode to reset. I've read tons of threads on what to set the preferred network type to, but can never get a clear answer on what to set it on for best 3g coverage. (Currently CDMA Auto PRL) Plus I've done the enable rev. A under modem settings. Hoping for some further suggestions, so I don't have to do a factory reset or get a refurbished phone! Thanks for any help!
