Issues with installing bbm to s3

Good afternoon all,

I hope everyone is doing well. I am new to the boards and I hope you will forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong forum.

I am trying to install BBM on a Samsung Galaxy S3 updated with android 4.3. Google Play says the app is not compatible with the phone. Does anyone have any info on what I can do or what the problem is?

Welcome to the forum.

1) Not all versions of Android apps work on all versions of Android running in all models of Android phones. Normally, if you're using the Play Store app in your phone, you won't even see an app that's not compatible with your phone.

2) The 4.3 update to the S3 is full of bugs. (It's actually a bug that's not very full of working code.) Wait for 4.3.2 to come out and see if you still have the same problem. If you do, contct the developer, bbmsupport@blackberry.com
