I thought I'd through this question out here while I wait for Samsungs mobile tech support to "get back to me"
We have installed a kdoor doorbell camera system on our front door. Its a hardwired system thats connected to power and wired to our router. The app works great in the house while connected to our wifi but when connected to the mobile 4g network it wont connect. It comes up with an error that states "ID number is invalid"
We tested out the app on iphone whilst on the 4g network and it connected fine which in my opinion would rule out a router issue.
My security installer said there is a known issue with this app connecting via 4g on samsung devices but could not recall what the fix was .. if anyone has any ideas of what I might need to change in my s6 edge's settings that would be amazing.
