Help Issues with notification tones - Stuttery and Truncated

Does anyone have issues with custom notifications being truncated? I have a Star Trek TOS communicator tone for text messages and sometimes It barely chirps instead of playing the whole tone. Also, other notification tones play the whole way, but are broken up and "stuttery".

I'm using the stock tones so I'm not sure about my device but my wife was just telling me earlier today that her family guy notification tone woukd cut out sometimes....

Sounds like the same thing that's happening to me.

Yep, even my notifications from the stock set cut out sometimes. It's not just you.

Most of the time my notifications don't even work. I'm lucky if it plays a 1/4 of my notification. Drives me insane. I like this phone a lot, switched from an iphone to this. Just wish they'd fix this problem. If you can't have a feature that works properly, don't have it.

I can't even get my custom vibrating pattern to work. It still only does the one long vibration.

All I did was put them in a notifications folder on the internal phone memory.
