Help Issues

[Kg198202]

I have some movies on my phone, even try to watch them I get colored squares instead of the movie. The audio is playing but that's about where it ends at. The happening on some YouTube videos as well, doesn't matter what quality in viewing them in. Another issue in having its upon powering the device on, there's a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside that appears on the screen for a couple of seconds.

Any help is appreciated .
