isyncr won't open?

Hello all, I just downloaded isyncr lite for my Verizon Samsung gs3 and my pc but it won't open on my pc.

I've installed and reinstalled three times but when I try to launch the program... nada.

Am I doing something wrong?

Well I got it to open after rebooting twice but it's saying my 32gb sd card has 0gb? and keeps saying "initializing..." as I'm trying to sync music on it.
