It doesn't sync my apps and stuff between devices.

I've got android 4.0.2 phone and android 3.2 tablet.
Both i'm using with the same google apps account, but it synced only the paid apps between them. All the free ones that i have installed on the phone it doesn't even show them under my apps in the market on the tablet.

So the on the cloud sync doesn't work in this case, any idea how to get ti work?

I would depend if the apps themselves are registered as "tablet compatible". If the apps aren't tablet compatible they won't even appear on the market if you search them on the tablet.

They are, but there's a known bug in the Market where, as you observed., your free apps didn't get listed.

Check under your account on the web and ensure your devices are listed and that app backup of data for reinstall is checked under your devices Privacy setting.

Failing all else, you can use AppBrain.com to make a backup list of the phone and restore it to the tablet.
