Hi, I am not a young smart teckie, but a retired old guy who likes playing around with various devices. I have a Galaxy S3 (rooted) but have not yet been able to get a custom rom installed. That is what I am trying to do now, and have had to restore old nandroid backups three times after not being able to boot up the attempted updates. Wish me luck, as it sometimes seems like I am not too bright.

Once there, scroll to the bottom of the page and follow the link that is your S3/carrier for the root support for your phone. I'm sure the good members there can help you choose the best rom and get it successfully loaded. Have fun...
