......the Samsung flip case. You thought I was going to say phone.....didn't ya!?

This has turned out to be the most uncomfortable case when holding the phone. Samsung has already made the Note 2 slimmer but this flip cover actually pushes into my hand........when I'm holding my phone I'm holding more flip cover than phone.

Those with massive mitts may not have this issue but for us who don't it just makes holding the Note 2 awkward.

I have also ordered the protective case but its not even been dispatched yet (ordered last wednesday) its hard to get hold of here in the uk and we also don't get the voucher code :(
Let us know how you get on with the new cover, if it's no good I can cancel the order lol.
As for the flip cover, its good for going out to functions etc but no good for everyday life. I still love its looks :)

Got'cha .... Nope someone would have to kill me to get me to part with this phone. :p

I agree the flip is a good look when going out but having had it since launch day gave me the opportunity to be sure about it instead of making a snap judgment.

Because it overlaps the right edge of the phone while holding it, it takes away from the new shape Samsung said would be better to hold. :)

I have this on the way as well (and I don't even have my Note II yet.) I really am not a fan of cases. Both of my Motorola Droids (1 & 3) have gone naked save for a screen protector on the last one.

The flip case looks good.. but my first thought was of trying to take photos and video with the cover just hanging down... getting in the way.

Sometimes it gets in the way but you learn real quick to just let it flap. Not as though it interferes with overall pic taking.
 
See that's what I never got about the case...it doesn't seem like it would be comfortable to hold the phone with it folded behind....just find a nice slip on case ;)
 
I feel you but initially it did seem like it would be comfortable but I guess that's the difference between pictures on the web and real world uses.

I foresee me trying to convince my dad to put in an order for an extra stylus (not like I'll lose mine) and the extra battery charger system ( which comes with an extra battery). As for cases, I want the SURFACE by Seidio for the Note 2.
