iTouch.

I just bought the new itouch... it now has a speaker... is thinner than the iphone... and has a better screennn... i encourage you to get one....these things are sleek.
 
I have the 1st generation iTouch, those things are awesome :)

The 2nd gen one is great but it's not worth upgrading to from the 1st one. Difference is pretty minimal. It has actual buttons for the sound, and it has an inbuilt speaker is the main difference. A new version of the Touch shouldn't be coming out for a while, only things they could do to improve is add storage, better battery life. Two things which are already at a very respectable level at the moment.

And BTW thought I would mention these things are really strong. A lot of people say they are weak, but they just look that way. They are built tough. Screen is very scratch resistant (compared with other devices), and I've dropped mine from a height on our tiles at home a couple of times by accident and no harm harm done.
 
I got mine for free (16gb)! But then I sold it. I may end up gettin' the 32gb as a Christmas gift to myself.
 
This is an android forum - there are a hundred apple forums out there you could be asking this question on. Sure, this IS the Lounge, but we are all android users. Keep it in the family.

Phases isn't. ;) Besides,

1. What's the itouch have to do with an Android phone anyway?
2. Even if it WAS the iphone he was talking about - it's the Lounge!

I want an iTouch. Someone buy and send me one. I'll even take a old school 8GB one. Thanks!

I sport an 8GB iPod. I love it! I'll probably never use my G1 for music (except Shazam, but that's not for listening).

I wouldn't mind an iTouch.

What's the point in the lounge then? Why go through the effort of joining a new forum when you can ask the question right here?
