You can only get Tasker to "compose" an MMS as far as I know. That is, fill out and attach all you want, to whom you want, but the user will have to click send button manually. You can emulate screen touches using shell scripts here or here, or with the new AutoInput plugin that just came out.

All require root I'm pretty sure.
