ITV Player app Subtitles

There are no subtitles available on the ITV Player app but if you go to the ITV Player on a windows browser they are available. I thought it may be possible to just use the Player via the browser on my Nexus 10 but it just directs me back to the app, is there anyway round this so I can get subtitles?

Have not used that player, but see if your browser has the option to request the desktop site.

Yes thank you. I am using a dolphin browser and found it in the settings as you said. Now I can get to the desktop page

Now a new problem I am in Spain so the player detects that and does not work even though I am using Hola Unblocker which unblocks the player app ok, very odd.

All working, not sure what I did but Hola is unblocking the site now. I can watch the player with subtitles, brilliant, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Why bring out an app without subtitles? Subtitles are very important to many people like me.
