Root I've finally given in to the dark side

So I just got my iPhone5 and I don't want my Fascinate just gathering dust. I rooted it some time ago and it's currently running CyanogenMod-7.2.0. I was wondering if there are any roms that don't have phone, messaging or 3G/data apps, basically turning my fascinate into an android version of an iPod Touch.

To my knowledge, there isn't any at the moment that prevent it from being a phone.

If you want a very clean user interface resembling that of iOS, then I'd suggest flashing MIUI. However, I just checked and MIUI's official site is only offering a Jelly Bean variant of its custom ROM. In short, you need to upgrade your Fascinate from CM7 to CM10. I can provide some help with steps and links only if its something you want for your fascinate.
