Help Jan update bricked my Nexus 7

Last night the Jan update popped up on my Nexus 7. I hit the "restart and install" button as usual. It shutdown like normal, but that was the end of it. Nothing happened after the screen went black. Now it's totally dead. It will not power up at all. Not sure what to do. I've never had anything like this happen before. Any advice? Thanks.

Have you unlocked the bootloader, and do you have a pc?
If yes , then you can flash a factory image and see if it helps. Unlocking the bootloader will wipe data.
