I am thinking about buying a Star Note N3+. I am aware it has no JAVA support. I don't really know what apps use JAVA & what don't.
The games im really interested in are ; words with friends and scramble with friends
will i be able to play these games on this phone?

Android apps are written in Java (unless they need something that Java can't do)

So to answer your question: NO.

Are these the Zynga games that you would normally play in a web browser via Facebook, if you were using a PC or Mac? Both of them are available as apps for Android from Google Play.

Something to be aware of with the Star Note 3, as it's a cheap knock-off of a Samsung phone, so it's probably not going to have Google Play on it which is required to install those Zynga games, and probably be loaded with Chinese software instead. Quality and reliability is likely be suspect as well. Play close attention to our forum sticky that Palmtree posted.
