Will the ota update come through if my razr is rooted on the stock rom with the bloat apps frozen with titanium backup

It will download but not install...all the factory apps must be unfrozen...root doesnt matter but id unroot just to be safe

So what do i do wait for it to say i have an update then unfreeze the apps?

That's what I'd do...I already unfroze mine just do I don't have to later

Locked bootloader = stock recovery

In addition to the information above you can also use an app like "Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper" to hide root and restore it after the OTA is received.

Not to derail this thread... But I thought you could put a custom recovery on the RAZR....safestrap? And I've seen a couple clockwork recovery mods for the RAZR? Does the recovery not stick? (I have a RAZR maxx too, just haven't rooted it yet )

It's kind of like a backdoor but not a replacement recovery like it is on nearly every other Android.

At least with Safestrap, you can run multiple ROMs. We didn't get totally hosed.....
