Hey Folks...after the long awaited Verizon JB update went into effect, my GS3 is out of wack..! Is anyone getting an unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped, message....? I am unable to get into the play store for updates and the phone is laggy and unresponsive at times. I have rebooted a number of times, now looking to call Verizon. Anyway, just wondered if anyone has this problem.....Thanks guys..!!

Have you tried a factory reset?

Many problems after ota updates are due to caches being dirty. Unfortunately the only way to clean them for most non rooted phones is a reset.

Call verizon or samsung tech support. bet they figure it out.
