Just got my JB update for my GS3 on Virgin Network.

Update is available for UK unlocked too.
Mine only came up through Kies not through the phone.

Yes, they have awesome deals and phones, also they use the Orange & T-Mobile network.

Two networks for the price of one lol

I've been pulling my hair out trying to update my S3 for the last 4 hours with no joy at all

Kies is going through the upgrade procedure until the point where the phone says "Downloading, do not turn off the target", at which point the computer detects new hardware and then proceeds to do nothing.

Essentially it then just hangs at 0% progress and never moves; tried it on 2 separate computers (both windows 7 64bit).

Left it for over and hour at one point and still never moved off 0% so had to just unplug and reboot the phone.

No idea what I can do

My update for VM is pending,as my battery is below 50%

just a bit of info for anyone on VM, I was offered a phone for
