Hi,
I've posted on a few other threads but haven't been given the answer I need.
I bought my phone unlocked/unbranded from CPW. I haven't been offered the update to JB yet. When I check via the setting menu it repeatedly tells me there is no update available. This is in contrast to other who get the 'wait your turn' message which is fair enough.
I'd use Kies but while my phone connects fine and I can transfer files to my heart's content Kies tells me it is unable to provide firmware updates to my phone.
Is it simply a case of waiting or should I have been able to update by now? I generally have had Nexus phones in the past and they are easy to update manually. I know there is an update via sammobile but that Odin business looks a bit complicated.
Anyone else in the same boat or able to give some advice?
