I am having sync issues with Touchdown on Android and the command center. Voice recognition does not pick up all the contacts, just random ones. Called dealership, they said the command center was likely not updated, so took it in (along with the phone so they could test), they updated, but didn't test! Did a hard reset and re-set up the command center with the app. That still didn't work. It seems like it may still be drawing on a contact list from when they were first connected, but can't confirm. any ideas??
