Jelly Bean in Canada

Does anyone here know when Bell Canada will release the firmware update for Galaxy Nexus users to go from ICS 4.0 to JB 4.1? I was thinking of "rooting" my phoneand loading the ROM if it isn't in the foreseeble future but am not sure of what may happen to my service. Any suggestions?

Your better off just converting your phone to yakju from yakjuxx

Easy to do and you'll get stock JB right after.

Yep. I'm in Canada and flashed to Yakju and got JB right away. It's easy enough to do if you find instructions online and even easier with a toolkit (I used wug's toolkit (google it)).

The newer instructions have you change directly to Jellybean when you convert to yakju.

Alright. Succesful rooting of my phone and JB 4.1 is working! Sweet! One problem, I cannot get the my Sympatico email account to work. Any suggestions?
I tried using the specs from the Bell website but it didn't work.
