Help Jelly Bean issue

Hi, I updated to JB through an automatic download. Now I find that my start up screen has a flashing red outline around it. Any advice as to how I can remove this. Your help would be appreciated.

Yes I had that same thing too I made a thread nobody helped...You got many bugs in your phone because of the update and not even shutting it off helps...so I factory reset my phone...and it runs so smooth and all the bugs i found are gone....thats what i recommend
