Jelly Bean rollout to the masses today on the RAZR M

Supposedly JB rolled out to the select few last week (soak test) and its rolling out to the masses today, or so sayeth those over on the RAZR M forum. Can we be far behind? How many are going to jump right on it when it comes out? I will probably wait to see how those that do jump on it see how they like it. I'm getting quite used to my HD Maxx with ICS. The devil you know, you know!

Sounds like a good idea to me. I'm just getting used to ICS now. Actually still learning a few new things periodically. :smokingsomb:
 
I'm on the JB leak running Vitreous but I'll stick with that for a while until Vitreous gets updated to the new build. I'll wait to see what gremlins come out in the 4.1 update, since this build is running fairly nicely for me. Doubt the RHD is far behind at all though, it's more or less the same hardware.
 
Yea I'm running the JB leak on my Maxx HD and my favorite thing so far is Google Now.

Haven't ran into too many bugs.
 
I've been following the JB update over on the RAZR M sub-forum. So far lot's of little bugs and a general 'unimpressed' vibe from people posting. Since my phone is running so well with ICS I will likely not update right out of the gate - if ever. Again, the devil you know...!
 
I have not experienced a phone update before now. What are the mechanics of an update? Will the phone give a notification to which you can say yea or nay? If you decline the update will it continually be available for when you are ready? Is there anything to look out for?

When the update is ready your phone will ask you for your permission to install. If you say yes, it will walk you through it. If you decline, it will periodically continue to ask at various times.

I have never declined more than a couple times so I don't know what happens if you continually decline. :smokingsomb:
