Hi everyone.
I have a galaxy S3 and received the ota jelly bean update whilst at work where I get little to no signal. I cancelled it until I got home. Nowwhen I check for updates it says "Access to the software update service is provided to users in the order in which they request it. Please try later."
I decided to update via kies. It downloaded the firmware components fine but it then froze when it should have been downloading the update. I left the phone connected for over 2 hours and it didn't progress past 0%.
All help appreciated.
