Jelly bean update V2 for Samsung galaxy y

Ok so i don't know if you guys have heard of iy but their is an update for galaxy y called jelly bean.

anyway so my question is that is it just a theme or will it give us 2.3.7 update too?
Will we be able to play and download gAmes from Google play store like fifa 12 or modern combat 2/3 ??
