Jelly Bean Voice Cmd for Aps?

Upgraded my ATT S3 to Jelly Bean. But now voice command is not working for things like the camera. The menu for Voice Cmd for Aps is now missing from the Language and Input menu. Is it still there somewhere?

I saw another message indicating it is still in the phone but not accessible from the standard menus - and they used S voice to find it somehow. But S voice almost never works for me (usually saying 'Network Error).

If you go to your widgets you can add the smart switch widget to your homescreen which has a toggle for it.

I'm on the AT&T S3.. no widget called smart switch on my phone.

not sure if im thinking what you mean but in S-Voice click menu button than settings, than in here click Control Apps
