If your talking about Sprint I dont have it yet either but the Sprint representative told me the update is on random devices not by region (is true my coworker has it and I dont) and the update is going to be from 10/25 to 11/16 in between those days you should have it for sure...

I just downloaded the official download (not from Sprint). I manually updated. Rocking 4.1.1 for the last 20 minutes.
