jellybean Canada style!

I don't think it's bad luck Pookie... it's just a number of settings that you have to change to optimize the phone functionality. Trust me.

Were you using google calendar? It's gone with the update and I had to reconfigure my calendars to use S-Planner (which will sync with google and I am fine with that...) Apparently google calendar is on the market though...

I remember downloading it. I thought I switched it off. In any case, I didn't lose anything once I selected my calendars.

It gives you the option if you want to "Always" do the action that you just did (ex: click a hyperlinked phone number in browser) or "Just one". If you select Always, you never have to do 2 taps.

I think it is a nice thing to have this once the O/S is upgraded, as otherwise you have to dig into Settings -> Application Manager to clear defaults that you set long time back.

For browsers, I do not have a default, so I now always have to tap <Just Once>. Before, I did not have to tap <Just Once>. I just tap on the browser and it launches.

My battery seems to be worse. I'm not sure if a factory reset would help with this. I'm losing at least 5% every hour so far without using the phone at all. I disabled a bunch of apps. They added a Simple Alarm widget, which I don't need and it's been running constantly since the upgrade.

I was hoping the upgrade would help with the battery, but it's just my luck :(

My battery seems a little bit better. I only had it for a day and a half. I'll have to see how it does over the course of a week at least before I can get a good feel of how the battery is affected. My initial impressions is that it is a little better.
