Boost has confirmed jelly bean for the Galaxy Rush, Warp Sequent, and LG Venice.
On the boost site under features for the Rush it now says

Loaded with OS Ice Cream Sandwich, you can enjoy the upgrade to Jelly Bean, the newest and most advance Android OS available.

Boost lied, All phones are getting JB. Boost just tried to cover up accidental leaks. LG released a new kernel source onto their page and it now list a 4.1 Jellybean kernel for the Venice. Enjoy the upgrade, Should start seeing the OTA within a few weeks.
