Jellybean update for this beast is apparently getting finalized as we speak!

Normally I don't care for being wrong but in this case I'm okay with it.

Google Now and Project Butter are just a couple of reasons we can expect this update to breathe new life into this phone.

Apparently not for the T-Mobile version. P765 is the international version. I worry if the T-Mobile version will ever see it.
