I live in Jersey and have a Samsung Tab 2 and a laptop. I can use BBC iplayer and Flightradar Pro on laptop but not on my tablet because Google will not allow the download from play store. Who decides this? I pay my licence to the BBC therefore paying towards the developement of online services yet a third party decides to block access. The Apple ipad works with these apps here in Jersey. Any answers please.
