jni function missing

While compiling the project the .so file is not creating. Can anyone please tell me what will be the problem.

I am not sure whether those two are of same problem or different. I am new to android and it was the existing code i am working with. So when i checked the original code it was having .so files. So i thought it might be different problem. I am nt sure. Sorry if both the issues are same.
