Responsibilities:

Design, implementation, and testing of application both for Android phones

Code optimization and maintenance

Improve existing code

Develop new functionality and features

Documentation



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

1-2 years of Android Application development and at least (1) One published application on which the entire lifecycle is easily understood.

1-2 years of experience with software development in a fast-paced environment

Strong development experience on Java

Knowledgeable with mobile application development using well-known mobile device/ OS platforms

2 years experience with either .NET or PHP

Knowledge or experience with mobile application protocols and technologies

Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to work on a dynamic team

Innovative problem solving skills

Experience with full application life cycle including application definition, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
 
I really think that such skills are unnecessary. Job ads like this do not give graduated programmers a chance. How can graduated programmers enter the market when all jobs require experience? Someone should focus on the graduates. I think they have just as much to offer.
