Hi, I'm new.
Am ok with tech stuff however I have encountered my first problem
I have syncd FB & Google contacts. All ok
Then where there are duplicates I have "joined" them. Got the warning that SNS data counldnt be saved - but it did ok.
All was fine.
Then the "joined" contacts I've edited have unjoined and now only show the Google data - and I can't resync the FB details.
i.e.
John Smith - google
John smith - facebook
--> joined = John Smith - Facebook & Google
Then just...
--> John Smith - google
or just a phone number
no FB contact, data etc...
- I am aware that FB doesnt allow data to be exported and I am backing up to Google Contacts as recommended. Could this be the issue?
- I had to edit the contacts because some of the FB and Google data didnt include a phone number, so i Had to edit it... - unless?? I add the phone to the Google contact before 'joining' them???
ANYWAY - how can I get these missing FB contacts back in the phone book as they arent appearing after a re-sync.
