Android Question

Hello,
I am an Android App developer with a product called "EZ Notes" which is a great Note taking App. I wanted to join Phandroid so I can help people who are looking for the sorts of features that my App can provide them. I recently read a forum on Phandroid where some people were looking for an easy to use, lightweight Note Taking App and I wanted to participate in that discussion.
I was unable to find a link (or button) that would allow me to join and become a member of Phandroid. Can someone please tell me how joining is achieved ? Thanks
Alex
