My arc phone is stuck on rebooting. It keeps on showing the Sony Ericsson logo and doesn't proceed from this. Any ideas? It is new so I can't imagine the battery can be dead.

There can be many reasons for a phone to get stuck in a boot loop. The easiest fix is to do a factory reset. The members in Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc - Android Forums should be able to help you out with that.
