JuiceDefender replacement

Ok, I am sick of JuiceDefender. I don't even care about the battery saving. I use it as a connection/location scheduler. I find that very handy... when it works. The fact that it doesn't seem to keep to the schedules has convinced me to move elsewhere. Problem is that I don't know any good replacements. Do you know any?

Some things I use it for, to give you an idea:
- WiFi activated at certain locations
- I want it that at peak times, data is always on, off-peak it is checked every 15min and at night it's off (but keeps calls/alarms on).
- Wi-Fi only activated at screen on so as not to kill battery unnecessarily.

thanks
Alan

Thanks. I see tasker can do a hell of a lot, but damn is it complicated to set up.
I have to spend 100 hours to set up what I did with JD in 1min. That said, JD didn't work properly so I'm not defending it.
