Just 3G?

So i have an HTC-Android that i might aswell put to use for my brother but he mostly just reads news and stuff online about his video games, On verizon is there anyway to make the phone like a prepaid one or just get an internet plan?

Welcome to AF! Unfortunately, Verizon doesn't allow phones on their network as data-only devices. However I do believe there are ways to use a phone as Wifi only, and to not even activate it on VZW's network at all.
