Root Just a little help please

Ok, so I haven't played around with rooting and roming in quite awhile. I've been happy with my setup, but my girlfriend isn't happy with hers anymore. This is her setup

Android version 2.3.5
Baseband BP_C_01.09.13P
Mod CyanogenMod-7.1.0-RCO-DROIDX-KANG
Build Number GRH78C


What would I need to do to get her to the newest version of MIUI? She wants to get away from CM7, and probably doesn't want CM9. Thanks

A SBF probably wouldn't hurt just to clean everything out if it has been a while. .602 and don't accept the update notice from Verizon. Then reroot , install CWM, and flash.
