Just a noob trying to root / remove bloatware

I've got Cwm 5.0.2.8 installed, z4root says it's rooted, I have some super user access (at least Super User says so). I still cannot move/uninstall pre-installed (cr)apps. I'm thinking that not alot of people bought this phone because I'm having a hard time finding pertinent information on installing roms or finding roms (including the all things root link here). Any help would be great.

Its been a while since I bothered to try to remove bloatware, but when I did I used Titanium Backup. You can "freeze" any unwanted apps with it, which will then not allow them to operate at all (gives you the benefits of uninstalling without the drawback of possible operational instability that uninstalling bloatware can sometimes cause.)
