in the cm9 port i saw a way to move the notification bar to the bottom of the screen. what are the odds of getting something like that to work with ctmod? or is there a stable rom with the same option that i've overlooked?
 
Wetbiker said he has and don't know if it was on cm or what. Might be able to do that, but where would the bottom bar, now go? Why would it be better on the bottom?
 
im not sure which bottom bar you're referring to. only thing a the bottom currently is the dock. having the notif/stat bar on the bottom wouldnt necessarily be better or worse, just a nice change of pace from the norm.

I meant the dock, yes. Could be something different I guess.

Cm7 allows for moving the notification bar to the bottom of the screen as well and its VERY stable... its been my daily driver forever.

playing around with cm7 now. it has the option for bottom statbar but i miss the transparency of the statbar that ctmod sports. cant seem to find the cm theme chooser either :/

nvm found the "removed apks" download
 
ok sorry for all the questions, is there a way to get some of these apks to install because when i try it just says "application not installed"
 
Copy then into the /system/app/ folder inside blood's apkinstaller.zip and flash it in cwm.

OR copy them to the /system/app/ with a file explorer that has root access and set the permissions to rw-r-r

(And if you look at my screen shot... I have a theme with transparency in the status bar... just download 'theme chooser themes' from the play store for a huge list of available themes)
