Help Just downloaded update, market doesnt work

I just downloaded and installed the update. I am still having trouble with the Market.

It says "Your client is out-of-date. It will be automatically updated shortly".

How do I fix this so I can access the Market again?
 
Its a different app so your old shortcut won't work. just go to applications and it will run, then replace the icon on your home screen.
 
I just downloaded the new update and no longer even have the app store app...I have to hit app up top and enter market from there...also what is new in update I can't tell the difference
