Just flashed to Fresh 2.0d... Yay!...but...

I just flashed and everything is going ok so far (except a LITTLE browser and a LITTLE keyboard lag) BUT, I'm a little confused as to how to get stock apps that got deleted such as Sprint Nav, Sprint TV, and the ringtone trimmer in the music player, I just downloaded the files from the xda site but how do I go about putting some of these apps back on my Hero?

You have to use the kitchen. Its on his site geek for me.

OK, a step in the right direction but how do I use it, I see the button for add apps, now how do I add it to my device?

Make sure USB debugging is on in your phone settings, install Fresh Kitchen (the new one), plug phone into PC (don't mount SD card or sync), open Kitchen (it should detect your phone). From there you can go into the tools and push the apps you want to your phone.

there is an easier way.
On here there is a link for you to download the removed sprint apps, go there download that, and zip it to your phone but if you only want some not all you winzip it and take the apk.s that you want move them into the root of your phone, go to your phone and ownload ASTRO from the android market scroll until you see like i.e sprint navigation click on it and click instal and boom, thats what I did....

Don't need Astro...Fresh 2.0d already has ES file explorer

Yeah, he included a zip of all the stuff he took out. It is pretty easy to copy the .apk files to the phone and open them in ES Explorer to re-install them.

Or you can do ADB push name.apk /system/app

Yea I did these instructions yesturday and it worked like a charm, I love ES Explorer!
