Just got a SW update from Samsung?

I just got a software update from Samsung for my Tab 3 7.0. In the Device Info it says it's now 4.1.2. I don't remember what it was before.

So is this an upgrade to the next version? If so, what's different? Haven't dug into it to find out yet. Any info would be helpful.

It is a small OTA update but not a significant OS upgrade. It comes with 4.1.2 out of the box

OK. Thanks Tubes. I looked through settings and didn't see anything that looked different, and everything seems to work the same. I just wonder what it was updated.

I'm not sure. But it's very small so probably nothing that is noticeable on the surface. My OS is still 4.1.2

Tab 3 8.0 got a similar small update a month or two ago but i never downliaded it because i heard things about it actually rendering peoples tabs useless in some cases.

I got two software updates connecting with Kies full version but the OS version stills 4.1.2
Not differences noticed on the OS performance or any new feature came in.
