Just got the gear 2 neo problems

Hi guys just got this does not seem to work any help please
I have a note 3 with 4.4.2.
I can pair the gear 2 to bluetooth just fine but gear manger will not connect to it any help please

Hi activeuk. I am getting exactly the same issue. I m trying to connect Gear 2 NEO (which I just received from Clove this morning) to my Galaxy S4.

The Bluetooth pairing works without a problem but the Gear Manager gives up after a while and times out (it says 'failed to connect your mobile device to your gear').

I have also spoken to Samsung UK Technical Support at 0330 SAMSUNG (7267864) and have reported this problem to them. They had no idea why I am getting this error and they said they will look into it and get back to me tomorrow.

I think there is an issue with the Gear Manager App and Samsung needs to fix this issue and release an update for the Gear Manager.

It's really frustrating that they didn't realize this issue before the release of Gear 2.

Hi called Samsung UK Technical Support you gear manger will be updated on the 11th/4 it will work then at the min it does not surpport the gear 2

Hi, activeuk. Just to confirm that I also got the Gear 2 Neo working with my Galaxy S4 (OS Ver: 4.4.2 Kitkat)

The instructions in the above link have done the magic.

Anyone having issues connecting your Gear 2, please download the latest version of the Gear Manager from the above URL.

Yes, you should be able to use the NEO watch with your new Note 4

Beware of the watchband very poorly constructed two screws at the bottom where the clamp is fail right out watch fell in my lap thank God I was not being written on the motorcycle

I got my Note 4 yesterday and cannot get the Neo to connect. Gear Manager tries to connect but cannot. Anyone else experiencing this?

This link definitely works. I have Galaxy S4 and Gear neo 2. I downloaded the app on my Galaxy S4 but it did not work. I downloaded the app from the link provided here and it worked. You guys are awesome, totally.
