Well, yes and no. If you're asking because you can't find 'data usage' under phone settings, it's because there is no local data monitor on the Premia that some other MPCS phones have, like LG Motion.
There are a few options:
The MyMetro app on your phone will show your monthly data usage IF you have a limited data plan, otherwise it will just show 'unlimited plan' on the data meter. You may be able to change it so it shows your data usage anyway.
You can also download a data usage app from Play Store, I'm sure there are plenty of them.
And lastly: If you have an online MPCS account, you can get the most accurate data usage figure there under your profile.
