No tax to Virginia! Just ordered. Peculiarity: I tried for 15 minutes using Chrome 4 and it wouldn't go past the first screen. Switched to Firefox and it sailed right through.

Just ordered mine too. I love this type of sales model. I always rather buy unsubsidized so next week or next month I can get the next best thing. I always make most of the money back when I sell my phones.
Finally, we here in the US get a cool HTC phone before everyone else in the world! The G1 was nice but not ahead of everything else. And now with Google selling phones we hopefully wont have to deal with great delays with all of the crappy carriers deciding when we get updates and new models. I could not be happier!
