Just ordered samsung galaxy note

Hi all,
I've just ordered the samsung galaxy note, after reading the reviews they say that you get used to the size of the phone and it is an excellent phone, I am upgrading from the blackberry bold 9900 so the apps are obviously going to be a lot better on the samsung, I am just wondering what your points of views on the phone are as I don't know of any friends who have the phone. I've got a few random questions that I'd just like answering really.

Does the phone ever freeze?
What's the battery's life?
Is it a fast phone?
Is the Internet speed fast?

Which Note are we talking about? Note I or Note II? As for freezes, it would only occur if you have an active app that gone rogue, usually it will resolve after a few seconds with a notification of which app crashed. Just stick to more well known stable apps and you'll be fine.

Hi Jay. I can't answer your first 3 questions since I don't have the Note 1 but your 4th question regarding Internet- your speeds should be on par with your BlackBerry. If you're in an area with good 3G you should be fine. On wifi it'll be even faster.

Basically, don't download apps from anywhere else apart from official sources (Play Store and Amazon). Rooting doesn't cause crashes. What you do after rooting MAY cause crashes, especially if you have no idea on what you are doing.
