Possible but I think the b07 update is the full rom and not 18mb.

I could be incorrect. I have not updated since I first flashed the stock rom and began to mod my own. I removed everything involved in updates. I dont get any update notifications. But can still update prl and profile. Good enough for me. I Dont need all that rigamarole personally lol.

Yes this is the B07 update, it matches IntertStatic's screenshot.

B07 was an incremental OTA, only B04 came as a full ROM. I released a full "stock" version of B07 by applying all the patches so that people don't have to go back to B04 if they aren't stock and want to try it.
